Adriana was always responsive to phone calls and text messages and kept us informed through the whole process. I gave 4 stars on process expertise as the there was confusion on title and deeds. It worked out in the end as I called the title company to add my wife to a warranty deed a few hours before we closed and all is well. Other than that misunderstanding Adriana was excellent in all other aspects as she helped to get us a good price from the seller. She also connected me with a local plumber to get a new toilet installed before we moved in as it wasn't working and that went very smooth. She was always positive and upbeat and very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Adriana.
