Okan Group, led by Turkish Billionaire Bekir Okan, has announced plans for its self-funded, $300 Million, 70-story condo and hotel tower that will be situated in the epicenter of Downtown Miami.
Dubbed Okan Tower, the new construction, all-glass tower, inspired by the Turkish national tulip flower, will be comprised of 294 Hilton-branded hotel units, 236 condo-hotel turnkey units and 153 condos, which will consist of 149 condo residences and 4 duplex penthouses. The tower will also include a restaurant on the 67th floor and 64,000 square feet of Class A office space.
